The Code of Practice for Works Affecting the Canal & River Trust gives guidance and details procedures for all those whose work may or will affect the property of the Canal & River Trust.
The purpose of the code is to facilitate the undertaking of works by the Third Party while at the same time safeguarding the interests of the Trust, and it forms the basis of the relationship between the Trust and the Third Party.
