The thirteenth meeting of the Bridge Owners' Forum was held on Tuesday 28th September 2004 at Jesus College, Cambridge.

This meeting was held in conjunction with the Cambridge Summer Workshop on Innovation in Monitoring and Management of Ageing Infrastructure, organised by the Cambridge-MIT Institute. The Owners' Forum was held immediately after the conclusion of the Workshop.
